Happy Monday! Today I’d like to talk to you about one of the mantras that I’ve been preaching to my couples from day one.
“What you focus on expands.”
When you focus your attention on what you love and appreciate about your spouse, this positive perspective begins to expand in your field of awareness.
It’s important to be like strength detectives in your marriage. This may involve wading through some frustration and conflict to discover the beauty that lies beneath.
During periods of conflict all the negative seems to cover all the good stuff like a big black cloud.
