Here's a tip that will help you create a healthier marriage:
PUT DOWN THAT PHONE!
I know that sounds harsh, but a little tough love is in order here. lol
The thought of parting with your phone, even for a brief time,
can feel like a traumatic experience for some, but it’s essential for a healthy relationship.
So maybe you can start by shutting it off for dinner.
Or you could carve out a little connection time at night with your spouse and make it an “electronic-free zone.”
It doesn’t have to be a long time. Just long enough to reconnect with
the love of your life.
